Enter birth dates

Add 2–20 members (team size cap by plan: 5 / 10 / 20) with birth dates only. Participation is voluntary: each member sees their own insight and chooses whether to share.

Members are placed across five nodes — knowledge, people, creation, commerce, governance. One glance shows where the chain breaks, and every gap becomes a hiring or re-roling direction.

Leader playbook

Name the lead and the map compares their style with the team mix — who needs space, who needs structure, and what a deputy should complement.

Team timing

The team's overall timing read, for pacing decisions. The map never lists individual members' timing content and never suggests anyone's promotion or exit — that stays in each person's own report.
