Why facilitators use it

Do I need a certification to use it?
No. elematch isn’t an assessment-certification system; it’s a discussion-material generator that plugs into whatever facilitation method you already use.
A client asks “isn’t this fortune-telling” — what do I say?
The truth: no. The framework borrows the five-element tradition; the output is work-style language — no predictions, no auspicious dates, exactly as DiSC uses four colours as conversation scaffolding. Our usage guidelines are public and linkable, so you don’t have to defend it alone.
What if some members don’t want to participate?
Voluntary by design: each person sees their own insight and decides whether to share. Members who don’t provide a birth date simply don’t appear on the map — the process still runs.
Could a client’s HR misuse the reports?

Can I include the team map in my own deliverables?
Yes, with attribution. Just don’t present it as your own assessment instrument — that serves neither of us.
I don’t know anything about BaZi. Can I still use this?
Yes. The report speaks work-style language, not chart notation; you never need to read a chart. If you want background, start with five elements at work.
