# elematch

> elematch turns the five-element (wuxing / BaZi) framework into a shared team language: a personal work-style insight for individuals, and a one-page team map for teams of 2–20. It is a self-awareness and team-development tool — not fortune-telling, not a scientific assessment, and never a basis for hiring, promotion or dismissal (prohibited by its terms). Only a birth date is needed (no birth time); data auto-deletes after 90 days. Sites available in Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong and Taiwan editions), Simplified Chinese, English and Korean. Operated by Open The Door Company.
